Woke up a few mornings ago to a message from the admin of a Facebook group where I’ve been sharing my work, telling me he’d removed me. For what? A combination of offenses, including being “extremely irritating.” So, what was my intolerably annoying behavior?
It’s good to know you’re open to feedback and criticism. I was kicked out of an FB group of writers for offering criticism of a policy that was very flawed in its wording. I totally get where you’re coming from.
"Rejection is ALWAYS protection." It's also social media and means nothing. I have noticed there are a coterie of grumpy, (older) backwards looking S-speare fans. Best to block and never engage.
Facebook groups are the 21st Century version of Lord of the Flies.
